Marco Arturo Williams de Souza, Esq. is the Founding Partner of Williams & Associates and responsible for the practice areas related to Arbitration, Commercial Law, and Estate Planning.
Likewise, he served as Senior Consultant for one of the most important law firms in the United States, Patton Boggs LLP, based in Washington, D.C. Throughout his professional career he has held various relevant positions within the public sector in different governmental administrations, including his function as Legal Advisor for International Affairs of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Panama in the year 2007.
He obtained his Bachelor of Law and Political Science from the University of Panama in 1986, and subsequently completed his specialization in International Commercial Arbitration at Georgetown University in 1989.
He is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama, the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, and is an honorary member of the National Bar Association of Costa Rica.
