Mr.
Vargas is currently an Associate at the firm and is responsible for the practice areas related to Commercial Law, Copyright, and Intellectual Property.
He provides comprehensive legal advice and consultancy on matters related to Trademarks, Patents, Copyright, New Technologies, and Anti-Piracy.
He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of the Isthmus, and he also completed a Postgraduate program in Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration, as well as a Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution with a specialization in Arbitration, both from the University of the Isthmus.
Mr. Vargas is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama.
