Ms.
Justinani is currently an Associate at the firm and is responsible for the practice areas related to International Commercial Law, Financial Law, and Public Procurement.
She provides comprehensive legal advice and consultancy on matters related to contracts, companies, partnerships, and foundations. Additionally, she offers her services to assess the feasibility of clients’ investment agreements and negotiate them among the interested parties.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
Ms. Justinani is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama, the Fulbright Scholars Association of Panama, as well as the International Alumni Association and the Association of International Exchange Students.
