Mr.
Garrido is currently an Associate at the firm and is responsible for the practice areas related to Commercial Law, Maritime Law, and Civil Law.
He provides comprehensive legal advice and consultancy on matters related to Ship Registration and Radio, Flagging of Vessels, as well as the cancellation of these registrations and any issues related to the Panama Maritime Authority.
Furthermore, he served as the Ambassador of the Republic of Panama to Thailand (1996-1999) and to India (2000-2004).
He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama.
Mr. Garrido is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama.
