Mr.Williams is the Founding Partner of the firm and is in charge of the practice areas related to Arbitration, Commercial Law, and Estate Planning. Furthermore, he served as a Senior Consultant at one of the largest U.S. firms, Patton Boggs LLP, based in Washington D.C. Throughout different years of his professional career, he held significant positions in public entities during various administrations, eventually serving as the Legal Advisor for International Affairs at the Ministry of Health of Panama in 2007.
He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama in 1986 and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from Georgetown University in 1989.
Mr. Williams is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama, the International Bar Association, as well as a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, and an honorary member of the National Bar Association of Costa Rica.
